At CARVE® Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the product shows no signs of wear to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective cases and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest Australia Post outlet and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5 business days of receipt.
